These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for the work itself — that one is signed separately and, where the two disagree, that one wins.

Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean the above; “you” means whoever is using this site.

What this website is

It describes two services — FBA prep on the floor, and Amazon account and advertising management — and it gives you a way to ask about them. That is its entire function. It is not a shop, it is not a portal, and there is nothing on it to buy with a card.

The numbers on this site are not a quote

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it gets its own section.

• The $0.40–$2.00 per unit range and the 2–5 day prep window are published market rates that US prep centers charge and promise for a whole job. The priced lines inside the estimator are taken from one prep center’s public price list, named on the home page. Operations that nobody publishes a rate for — receiving, inspection, poly bagging — carry no figure at all in the estimator, and it says so on the line. All of it is there so you can judge the order of magnitude before you talk to anyone.
• The estimator on the home page applies those published rates to a batch size and a units-per-carton figure you choose. Its output is an illustration, not an offer. It does not know your product, its dimensions, its packaging, its category or its compliance requirements, and any of those can move the real figure in either direction.
• The $1,500–$25,000 a month retainer range quoted for account management is likewise a published market figure taken from agency comparisons, not our fee.
• A price becomes a price when we send it to you in writing, for your product, after seeing what the batch needs. Nothing on this page does that.

Sending the form does not create a contract

Submitting the form is a request for a conversation. It commits neither side to anything. Work starts only when scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed in writing between us — and that written agreement, not this page, defines what we owe each other.

What we do not promise

The home page says this in plain language and it is repeated here as a term:

• We do not guarantee a keyword position, a rank, a revenue figure, a conversion rate or an advertising cost of sale. Those depend on Amazon's algorithm, on your competitors and on your product, and none of the three is ours to control.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Amazon”, “FBA”, “Seller Central”, “Buy Box”, “A+ Content” and related marks belong to Amazon and are used here only to describe what the services relate to.
• Amazon's own rules, fees and requirements change without reference to us. Where a requirement described on this page has changed since it was written, Amazon's current rule is the one that applies.

Accuracy of this site

We keep the page current and we cite sources where figures come from outside. Even so, it is a marketing page, published as it is. Market rates move, competitors change their published prices, and Amazon changes its requirements. Do not treat anything here as legal, tax, financial or compliance advice for your business.

Using the site

You may read it, share it and quote it with attribution. You may not:

• submit the form automatically, in bulk, or with someone else's contact details;
• attempt to reach any part of the server that is not linked from the site;
• copy the page's text, layout, code or images to present them as your own.

The text, design, code, icons and page structure are ours. The photographs are used under CC0 and Public Domain Mark licences and are not ours to grant.

Naming other companies

The home page names the prep centers whose published price lists it quotes, so you can check the figures yourself. Naming them is attribution, not a recommendation and not a comparison in our favour: we do not control what they publish and their prices change without reference to us.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information published here — in particular from the estimator, which is expressly an illustration. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for a misrepresentation made deliberately, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your data

Everything sent through the form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, where we are established. Disputes about this website are subject to the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic. A separate written services agreement may name a different law and forum for the work itself; if it does, that agreement governs the work.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top of the page shows when they last did. Using the site after that date means the current version applies.
